Discussion and possible action to enter into a Forty-Eight (48) month (February 8, 2016 through February 7, 2020) Lease with Maintenance Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and the Webb County Engineering Department for a Toshiba E-Studio 6560CT at a cost of Two Hundred Nineteen Dollars and Ninety-Three Cents ($219.93) per month for a total amount of Ten Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Sixty-Four Cents ($10,556.64) over the term of the agreement, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Subchapter F., Cooperative Purchasing Program; Sections 271.101 and 271.102, subject to annual budget appropriating and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
