Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement between Webb County and White Box Technologies Inc. for the development of a software interface at a total cost not to exceed THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS ($36,830.00) to have data exchanged between application systems used by the Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney’s Office, District Clerk & County Clerk's Offices; and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. [Account #605-0500-8801]

Issue: In order to have data exchanged between application systems used by the Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney’s Office, the District Clerk & County Clerk's Offices, a software interface must be developed and implemented.

Solution: Acquire the services of a vendor to develop and implement the software interface.

Result: The agencies mentioned above will have integration between their applications allowing for a more efficient and streamlined process.
