Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order #1 for the Webb County Main Fire Station in the amount of $14,779.70. Funds are needed to cover additional work needed but not covered by contract approved allowances or credits. Contract time will be increased to February 28, 2017, for Substantial Completion, and authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.

Issue:
A number of items of work are needed which have exceeded the approved allowances or credits by $14,779.70. Time will need to be increased by 112 day to compensate for day lost due to weather and day needed to complete the work.
Solution:
Add time and funds needed to complete the project.
Result:
Work will be completed by February 28, 2017.
