Issue: Due to resignations and terminations, we are not meeting the staffing ratios for the continuous (24 hours a day/7 days a week) operations of the Juvenile Detention Center.

Solution: Approve the posting and filling of vacated positions.

Result: Compliance with required supervision ratios.
