Discussion and possible action to enter into a Sixty (60) month (March 1, 2017 through April 30, 2022) Fair Market Value Lease Agreement between Pitney Bowes and the Webb County Tax Assessor Office for Mail Stream hardware at a cost of ONE THOUSAND SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS AND EIGHTY FIVE CENTS ($1,072.85) per month for a total amount of SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE DOLLARS ($64,371.00) over the term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriating and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
