Discussion and possible action to approve closeout and release retainage in the amount of $21,168.15 to Environmental Improvements, Inc., for the completion of the Ultra Violet Disinfection System Installation at the Rio Bravo Water Treatment Plant (P.O. 16-2155).  [Account #745-3001-8801-7 (Capital Outlay Water Utilities)] and Account #745-2311 (Retainage Account)]

Issue: Closeout project after completion.

Solution: Approve and pay retainage.

Result: Project Completed.
Background:
Project has been fully installed as per Contractual agreements.  Calibration and system operation training continues.
Previous Court Action:
July 25, 2016:  Commissioner's Court approved Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $33,355.00 for a total project cost of $423,363.00 providing for additional requirements set forth under TCEQ project review.
