Discussion and possible action to approve a pricing agreement between Brenntag Southwest, Inc., and Webb County, Texas to provide water treatment chemicals for the Rio Bravo Water Treatment Plant including, Aqualum at $0.1010 per lb., Aquamine (LAS) at $0.1250 per lb., Brennfloc at $765.00 per drum, Calcium Hypochlorite at $1.5840 per lb., Copper Sulfate at $87.741 per bag, and Sodium Hydroxide at $0.2960 per lb., and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. Issue: Additional new required treatment at plant requires additional chemicals for purchase other that current.

Solution: Agreement for Pricing Agreement place together.

Result: Plant commences purchasing chemical and annual contracted price.
