Discussion and possible action to approve the following line item transfer from the County Clerk Archive Fund:

Issue: KOFILE P.O.#16-0009378 for $400,000 was encumbered since September 13, 2016 and was not paid. The balance was carried over to current budget of $320,000.

Solution: Approval of line item transfer.

Result: The County Clerk Professional Services account will not be in deficit and will be able to pay KOFILE.
