Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Webb County for the Webb County Medical Examiner’s Department and Duval County. This MOU will designate the terms by which both parties will accept in order for the Webb County Medical Examiner to perform duties in Duval County, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents related to this grant; and any other matters thereto. [Requested by Dr. Corinne Stern, Webb County Medical Examiner]
