Discussion and possible action to approve a refund in the amount of $9,989.08 to International Bank of Commerce - c/o Industry Consulting Group Inc., Accounts #22301115010 through #94743002090 (see backup), as per Supplement 6 Certified 2016, Adjust values per Judicial District Court 341st Judgment Causes #2016CV8002325-D3 and #2016CV8002327-D3 for tax year 2016.

Issue: Various accounts had values adjusted per Causes #2016CV8002325-D3 and #2016CV802327-D3 for tax year 2016. These adjustments generated refunds since the accounts had been paid prior to receiving said adjustments from the Webb County Appraisal District.

Solution: Refund said amount to International Bank of Commerce - c/o Industry Consulting Group Inc. for their over-payments.

Result: The monies will be reimbursed to the appropriate taxpayer.
