Discussion and possible action to accept a "M923-A2, 2006, 5-ton 6x6 military cargo truck, Serial Number 2303044, from Commissioner John C. Galo, with the purpose of converting this vehicle to a wildland fire emergency response vehicle. This unit will be improved with a pump platform skid to include a 1000 gallon poly tank, and a Kubota 24 HP diesel engine with a Hale 200 HP fuel pump.

Issue: Donation of military vehicle by Commissioner John C. Galo to fire department.

Solution: Accept military vehicle donation from Commissioner John C.Galo.

Result: An additional unit to be utilized in wildland fire response, the department's primary response type.
