Discussion and possible action to renew and approve a Three (3) month Acclaim Software Maintenance and Support Services Agreement between Webb County and Harris Recording Solutions, commencing February 1, 2017 through April 30, 2017, at a monthly rate of $2,712.60 for a total of $8,137.81, and authorizing the County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Margie Ramirez-Ibarra, Webb County Clerk, Funding Source #009-1120-6022 (County Clerk - Professional Services)]

Background:

The previous Acclaim Software Maintenance and Support Services Agreement between Webb County and Harris Recording Solutions expired on January 31, 2017 and needs to be renewed until the new vendor PropertyInfo, which was previously approved by the Commissioners Court, is able to provide these services. This contract may be extended at a month-to-month basis in the event that the new vendor is not ready to provide these services on May 1, 2017.
