Discussion and possible action to enter into a Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the United Independent School District (UISD) Pregnancy, Education, and Parenting Program (PEP) and Webb County for the Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program. This MOU provides a common understanding of the collaboration and relationship between the local Head Start/Early Head Start Program and the PEP Program. It establishes clear expectations and a reliable way of relating to one another for mutual cooperation. The term of the MOU shall be affective upon the execution of the MOU and ending on when either party terminates the agreement, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
