Discussion and possible action to approve a forty-eight (48) month lease agreement with E-Z-Go Textron through financing from TCF Equipment Finance , Inc. with an option to purchase forty-eight (48) 2018 TXT 48V Electric Golf Carts and two (2) 2018 Cushman Haulers for $3,150.18 per month and for a total of $151,208.64 over the term of the lease agreement, subject to annual budget appropriations, and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Current lease for 55 - 2014 TXT 48V Golf carts terminates February of 2018.

Solution: Casa Blanca Golf Course General Manager is recommending a new lease agreement and the trade in of 55 - 2014 TXT 48V Golf carts from current lease. Total trade in value $79,750.00.

Result: Replace 2014 model golf carts with 2018 models to offset maintenance repairs and avoid a straight out purchase that requires a cash commitment upfront.
