Discussion and possible action to approve the following carry over and increase on FY 2018 Budget Fund 2190 State Forfeiture/Gam Chapter 18 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedures. The amount of One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety dollars ($1,690.00) and any other matters incident thereto. The County Auditor Certify the receipts to the court according to the Local Government Code, Section 111.070775. Constable Pct. 3 will allocate the funds as follows:

Issue: Funds for State Forfeiture were unused from prior budget (2016-2017). Funds do not reflect in this year's budget under above said account.

Solution: If approved the funds will be carried over the Forfeiture account and will appear in current budget (2017-2018).

Result: Funds will be available for department use under the account allocated.
