Discussion and possible action to retain the services of a Texas Department of Transportation Certified Land Appraiser to determine the fair market value of those properties in Webb County Colonia Subdivisions that the county deems necessary for acquisition for the purpose of acquiring Right of Way, drainage through purchase or condemnation, as necessary; and authorize the County Judge to execute all relevant documents. Issue: Webb County Colonia Subdivisions do not have an Emergency Evacuation Route during flooding rains.

Solution: Establish and construct a proper road as an emergency evacuation route.

Result: Property owners of Webb County Subdivisions will have an Emergency Evacuation Route during flooding rains.
