Discussion and possible action to accept the appointment of Ms. Sandra Rocha Taylor to the Webb County Planning Advisory Board (PAB) as representative of County Commissioner Precinct 4; said appointment is offered in accordance with Section 1.2 of the PAB Order and thus, the term for this appointment runs concurrent with the term for County Commissioner Precinct 4; and any matter incident thereto.

Issue: Currently, a vacancy exists in the PAB member appointee for Precinct 4. A member of the public has been selected to represent Precinct 4 which requires Commissioner's Court action to accept the nomination.

Solution: Obtain Commissioner's Court approval of the nomination offered by County Commissioner Precinct 4.

Result: When approved, Precinct 4 and the constituents thereof will be represented in matters brought before the PAB.
