Issue: On January 13, 2020, agenda item #40 authorized the Purchasing Agent and Building Maintenance to procure and install 3 flag poles for the north side of parking area without allocating a funding source.

Solution: This transfer will complete the purchasing process.

Result: Flag poles will be installed in time for the WBCA Grand Parade.
