Recognition and presentation of Plaque to Dr. Tom Vaughan for being named a 2020 River Hero by the River Network. This national award recognizes individuals whose efforts to protect and restore their local rivers and waters have ben extraordinary in scope, scale, impact and heart. River Heroes are nominated and selected by their peers, and aims to recognize individuals who bring people together to solve water problems, seek solutions that are inclusive and equitable, go "above & beyond", never give up, and inspire and help others to make a difference.
