Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit bids for Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program client tracking system software for the Webb County Community Action Agency. This action will have no impact on the General Fund.

Issue: The agreement with current client tracking system is set to expire. The agency is required to solicit bids to continue tracking clients through a system software.

Solution: The court approval will allow Webb County Community Action Agency to continue tracking clients through a system software.

Result: Authorization to solicit bids will allow the Agency to continue application intake through a client tracking system, offering an accurate and timely process for intake.
