Discussion and possible action to approve a One (1) year Professional Service agreement with Recovery Monitoring Solutions, to provide continuous alcohol monitoring, breath-alcohol testing and/or drug patch services for the Webb County 406th District Court Sobriety Treatment Program commencing January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. Participants will directly pay the vendor when drug patch services are applied, therefore there is no impact to the general fund and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Judge Oscar Hale, 406th District Court]
