Discussion and possible action to grant Final Plat Approval to a Re-Plat of Block 1, Lots 6 & 7 (119.54 acres) of High Caliber Estates Subdivision into Lots 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D, 6E, 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D and 7E (ID 9976).

Background:

The item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of State and local laws/regulations.

All pending improvements have been constructed in compliance with all rules and regulations. Please refer to the letter of approval and acceptance by the Webb County Engineering and Road & Bridge Departments.

Previous Court Action:

On November 19, 2019, Commissioners Court granted preliminary approval and a waiver from Section IX.2 of the Subdivision Regulations which call for cross streets at 1,500 feet and a maximum length of 1,000 feet for dead end streets.
