Discussion and possible action to enter into a Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between MHP Salud and Webb County on behalf of the Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program. This MOU provides a common understanding of the collaboration and relationship between the local Head Start/Early Head Start Program and the MHP Salud. It establishes clear expectations and a reliable way of relating to one another for mutual cooperation. The term of the MOU shall be for is for 9 months, commencing on December 1, 2020 and ending on August 31, 2021 and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
