Status report on the recent inclement weather, loss of power and water at County facilities with further discussion and possible action to allocate funding, if necessary, to be used toward repairs and/or upgrades to County facilities damaged by the recent weather, and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue:
Several County-owned buildings sustained damages due to the recent freezing weather. Other facilities do not have an adequate backup power source needed to keep County resources functioning during power outages.
Solution:
Assess vulnerabilities throughout County buildings and allocate funding, if necessary, to address losses incurred at various facilities not covered by insurance.
Result:
Assure that all County buildings are prepared with the adequate resources and contingencies to allow for uninterrupted services.
