Discussion and possible action to approve an amendment to the Professional Services agreement between Webb County and Trac-N-Trol, Inc., pursuant to Webb County R.F.Q. 2019-004 - Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (S.C.A.D.A) System upgrades for the Utilities Department by adding thirty (30) days to completion date of the agreement, due to the water flow meter supply chain with no financial cost to Webb County, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign any and all relevant documents.

Issue: Contractor needs additional (30 Days) to complete final Water Treatment Plant SCADA Upgrades due to supply chain issues which were on backorder and have been delivered.

Solution: Approve the (30 Day) extension amendment to the Professional Services agreement between Webb County and Trac-N-Trol.

Result: Completion of the Water Treatment Plant SCADA Upgrade project.
