Non Financial Health Services MOU with City of Laredo

Discussion and possible action to enter into a 10 month Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) beginning January 11, 2022, through October 1, 2022 and which will renew automatically every October 1st, between Webb County and the City of Laredo in which the City's Health Department will perform health services for the Webb County population at four of Webb County's Community Centers (La Presa Community Center at: 1983 Mangana Hein Rd. Laredo, Texas 78046, Rio Bravo Community Center at: 1600 Orquidia Lane, Laredo, Texas 78046, EL Cenizo Community Center at: 3519 Cecilia Ln, El Cenizo, Texas 78046, E.J. Salinas Community Center at: 917 North Main St. Mirando, Texas 78369). This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which Webb County will provide space at each center while the Health Department provides health services for the population of Webb County and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
