Discussion and possible action to reject all Request for Proposals for RFP 2021-009 “3 Year Revenue Contract for Vending Machines” and authorize the Purchasing Agent to re-solicit to secure new proposals.

Issue: Two (2) proposals were secured but will re-solicit to secure additional vendor participation.

Solution: Authorize the Purchasing Agent to re-solicit for Request for Proposals.

Result: Secure new proposals for a revenue and service contract for vending machines for Webb County offices.
