Discussion and possible action to approve the carry over budget of $423,525.00 for Contract #58210003406 for the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program from Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). Fund Account #2362-5150-3303000. Contract started on January 1, 2021 and shall end in March 31, 2022.

Issue: Year and end balances must be carried over and entered into the New World in order to continue the availability if these grant funds, Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program.

Solution: Approval of budget allowing for carryover of year end balances for C.A.A.

Result: Continued availability of State grant funds.
