Discussion and possible action to enter into a five (5) year Non-Financial Child Care Services Agreement between Webb County (Early Child Headstart Program) and Laredo College. This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which Laredo College students will be provided with an opportunity to enter into a program of clinical education or field work experiences with young students at the Early Head-Start program. This agreement shall be for a five year (5yr.) term commencing January 1, 2022 through January 1, 2027; and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
