Issue: Additional funding is needed for the fabrication of a two (2) vehicle covered carport located at the Webb County vehicle yard off of Hwy. 59 East.

Solution: Transfer funds from the Building Maintenance - Purchasing sub account to the Purchasing Departments Capital Outlay account as recommended by the Auditors Office to record capital expense accordingly.

Result: If approved, the order will be initiated. The use of this carport will provide proper shading for the fixed asset coordinator during the hot summer months and/or during inclement weather while prepping County units for public auction after court approval year round.
