Discussion and possible action to award Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2024-004 “ARPA Project No. 6 – “Septic Systems Site Evaluation, Design and Installation Project - Phase I” to the sole bidder RGM Land Management, LLC., for an amount not exceed $133,000.00, for four (4) Webb County Colonia Residents who have qualified to receive a new septic system in compliance with rules of the Texas Commission for Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and Standard on Site Sewage Facilities (OSSF)-ARPA Grant Guidelines as approved by the Webb County Commissioners Court, pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code; Subchapter C. Competitive Bidding in General, §262.021 (The County Purchasing Act) and with the Code of Federal Regulations §200.318 - §200.327 (General Procurement Standards) and to further authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: A formal bid solicitation was advertised for the installation of four (4) new septic systems for Webb County Colonia residents in compliance with TCEQ and OSSF – ARPA grant guidelines as approved by the Webb County Commissioners Court.
Solution: Consideration to approve sole bidder RGM Land Management, bidder has required TCEQ licenses to proceed with the requested scope of work.
Result: If approved, authorize General Counsel to prepare and execute the construction contract to include any federal contract provisions, if required. |
