APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER FOR THE WEBB COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS PARKING LOT PROJECT

Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $22,815.00 to Soliz Paving, Inc., to extend the VIP Parking Lot to an additional 18 to 20 parking spaces. The scope will include labor, materials, equipment, overtime, and any other incident thereto. This work will be a continuation of the work-in-progress being performed for the Webb County Fairgrounds Parking Lot Improvement Project; with additional approval to transfer funds from Bond Series 2020 to cover the additional costs; and to authorize the County Judge to sign any relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
