Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding between the Texas Health and Human Services Commission and the Webb County Indigent Health Care Services Department. The term of this agreement is effective from the date of execution through February 28, 2016 and may be extended by mutual agreement. The purpose of the Memorandum of Understanding is to assist with online community-based application assistance in connection with the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Medical, Long-Term Care Services program (LTCs Health Insurance Programs (CHIP), and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
