Discussion and possible action to approve a maintenance cleaning program for the sedimentation basin at the Rio Bravo Water Treatment Plant and to clean the Lift Station wet wells for the Wastewater Collection System and to dispose of waste material in a manner approved by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to the lowest bidder, Nick Benavides Environmental Services in the amount of $3,500.00 per event (up to five times this year). Background:

County had to contract to clean the waste materials from all the Sedimentation Basins that had built-up from lack of maintenance at a cost of approximately $160,000.00.
