Discussion and possible action to approve the purchase of Uniforms from Nardis Public Safety GSA #GS-07F0596T in the amount of $185,000.00 for the Webb County Sheriff's Office pursuant to: Subchapter F Cooperative Purchasing program Section 271.101, 271.102, Subchapter G, Purchase Federal Schedule Sources of Supply; Section 271.03, Texas Local Government Code and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents. Background:

Order is required to comply with the Collective Bargaining contract for annual uniform replacement in accordance with Article XV Wearing Apparel, Equipment, and Personnel Property.

Previous Court action for Uniforms purchases from Nardis Public Safety approved by the Webb County Commissioners Court at the meeting held on Monday, December 12, 2011.
