Discussion and possible action to approve the solicitation of RFPs for the La Presa Water Dispenser, Design-Build Project. This will call for relocation of tankage and materials from the Peñitas Community Center.

Background:

Project calls for the removal, relocation, and setup of existing potable water tanks to La Presa Community Center and Park. Provided the infrastructure for a water dispenser, including concrete driveways, drainage, tank base preparation, tankage, dispenser mechanism, and electrical for lighting and dispenser pumps and a chlorination system.
