Discussion and possible action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding by and between Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program and the Pregnancy, Education, and Parenting (PEP) Program, beginning March 24, 2014 and ending March 23, 2015, in order to provide comprehensive early infancy, child care and developmental and early educational services, as well as health and mental screenings to low income pregnant women, and children from newborn thru Five (5) years of age.
