Discussion and possible action to approve the awarding of a Proposal for an Asbestos Survey at the TexMex Building. [Account #743-8001-8801-12 (Bond Series 2013)]

Issue: There is an existing Asbestos Survey report on file showing asbestos in the flooring joint compound in the sheetrock walls & pipe insulation in the HVAC mechanical room.

Solution: Confirmation of previously obtained results.

Result: Materials may not require Asbestos Licensed personnel to remove material before demolition of building.
