| Discussion and possible action to approve to solicit Request for Proposals (RFP's) for the demolition of the TexMex building. [Account #743-8001-8801-12 (Bond Series 2013)]
Issue: Building is old and in very poor condition resulting in excessive amount of money to keep it operational (new roof-$100,000.00) it will require costly upgrades to bring it up to date.
Solution: Demolition to better serve County needs.
Result: Provide additional parking in the downtown area.
