Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to award the following Two (2) year contract:

RFP 2015-49
2 year contract for public and law enforcement service announcements to Entravision Communications Corp., KGNS-TV, and Laredo Morning Times.

Issue: The amount of money spent on this service exceeds the limit stipulated in the Texas Local Government Code.

Solution: Go out for sealed Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and award a contract to the proposer(s) who submitted the most advantageous bid to Webb County.

Result: Compliance with competitive procurement process.
