Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit Request for Proposals (RFP) for a a new water dispenser system at the La Presa Community Center.

Issue: Webb County dos not have a water system in place or a water dispenser system near this community.

Solution: Construct a new water dispenser system at the La Presa Community Center.

Result: This community will have a potable water source to service the area.
