Discussion and possible action to enter into an Eleven (11) month (May 1, 2016 through March 30, 2017) Self-Service Storage Rental Agreement between Store It All Storage and Webb County for the Webb County Tax Assessor’s Office for Storage Unit CC83 at a cost of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN DOLLARS ($167.00) per month for a total amount of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN DOLLARS ($1,837.00) over the term of the agreement, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
