Discussion and possible action to enter into an Eleven (11) month (May 1, 2016 through March 30, 2017) Self-Service Storage Rental Agreement between Store It All Storage and Webb County for the Webb County Tax Assessor’s Office for Storage Unit CC89 and a rental protection plan at a cost of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR DOLLARS ($174.00) per month for a total amount of ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FOURTEEN DOLLARS ($1,914.00) over the term of the agreement, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
