Discussion and possible action to enter into an Independent Contractor Agreement with Todd Russell, Ph.D., to provide assessment, evaluation and consulting services for the Webb County Court at Law #2 DWI Drug Court Program for a term of One (1) year, that shall commence on September 30, 2015 and expire on September 29, 2016 at a monthly cost of Seven Hundred Eighty-One Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($781.25), for a total cost of NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($9,375.00); and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
