Discussion and possible action to approve the transfer and filling of Slot #1965 (Administrative Clerk-Pay Grade $13.07 9/A/A) from Department #0106 (Building Maintenance) to Department #0115 (Engineering), subject upon the availability of payroll funds and any applicable Civil Service guidelines, effective March 29, 2016.

Issue: Department #0115 (Engineering) requesting transfer to help when Office Manager out.

Solution: Transfer Slot to the Engineering Department.

Result: Transfer will help alleviate work load.
