Issue: Uniforms for collective bargaining members must be replaced on an annual basis.
Solution: Uniforms budget has appropriate allocations to comply with annual apparel purchase.
Result: Provide Sheriff Deputies and Sheriff Correctional Officers with annual uniform replacements and comply with Article XV as per Collective Bargaining Agreement between Webb County and the Sheriff’s Deputy Association.
