Discussion and possible action to enter into a Twelve (12) month agreement between Stericycle and Webb County for Medical Examiner’s Office for bi-monthly collection of biohazardous waster for disposal to meet state-specific regulations in the monthly amount of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT DOLLARS AND FORTY-TWO CENTS ($1,398.42) with a yearly total amount of SIXTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE DOLLARS AND FOUR CENTS ($16,781.04), subject to annual budget appropriation and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
