Discussion and possible action for Webb County, by Commissioner’s Court Resolution, to waive all delinquent taxes, including penalty, interest and attorney fees, owed to the County of Webb on the real property legally described as Lot 25, Block 3, El Cenizo Unit II, El Cenizo, Webb County, Texas, or more commonly known as 510 Rodriguez, El Cenizo, Texas in the amount of FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY AND EIGHTY-NINE CENTS ($4,890.89), and for the County of Webb to transfer its property interest in said real property to the City of El Cenizo, Texas with the understanding and agreement that the City of El Cenizo will use said real property to build a City Library and/or use for a public purpose.
