Discussion and possible action to approve the transfer of a 2002 Chevy ELDO bus, VIN #1GBJG31F421155334, Texas Certificate of Title: #53750451, from the 406^th District Court to the JJAEP department.

Issue: The JJAEP department has expressed a need for a vehicle to transport students to and from activities.

Solution: The 406^th District Court transferring the ELDO bus to JJAEP to be utilized for transportation services.

Result: The JJAEP department will have a vehicle to transport students to and from activities at no additional cost to the County.
