Discussion and possible action, to authorize the Webb County Attorney's office to negotiate and finalize the purchase of One block of real property, Block 213 WD, 1200 Flores Street, Laredo, Texas. The authorization includes the payment of earnest money, survey fees, environmental studies, fencing and any associated costs included in the purchase and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents at closing; and any other matters incident thereto.
